The previous presentation workflow was fragmented and complex, requiring users to navigate separate SAP analytics platforms to start creating a presentation. This, combined with technical constraints and highly specific user pain points, made the process frustrating and inefficient.

The redesigned experience eliminated unnecessary steps, reduced cognitive load, and made it easier for customers to create and present data-driven insights seamlessly. This work contributed to what is now released as SAP Unified Story Experience.
